The name Pra2Njeeni is an abbreviation combining Dr Kumari Ranjeeni’s name with her parent’s name, Mr Prakash Chandra and Ms Prakash Wati.

Pra2Njeeni promotes the importance of knowledge, moral values, ethics, family, culture, sentiments and spirituality.
Pra2Njeeni promotes knowledge through research, Dr Kumari Ranjeeni's Talks, storytelling, posts and blogs. Pra2Njeeni aims to spread goodness in the society.
RESEARCH:
Research papers are published in reputed academic journals including two publications in Financial Times 50 journal, namely, The Accounting Review and Journal of Business Ethics. FOUNDER AND OWNER​
Dr Kumari Ranjeeni is the founder and owner of Pra2Njeeni. She is an Indian from Fiji and now resides in Australia.
After graduating with a Doctorate Degree, working as an Academia and publishing her research in reputed journals, Dr Ranjeeni decided to pursue her interest as a Philosopher and Educator through Pra2Njeeni.

Dr Ranjeeni is a Philosopher, Academic, Researcher, Author, Storyteller, Leader, Trustee and Entrepreneur.
​
Dr Ranjeeni does research in areas such as Board Gender Diversity, Business Ethics, Corporate Governance, Financial Reporting Quality, Inventory Management, Human Capital, Firm Performance and Valuation.
Her research papers are published in reputed Accounting, Economics and Finance journals. These include The Accounting Review, Journal of Corporate Finance and Journal of Business Ethics. She has experience in teaching Accounting and Finance courses at reputed local and international tertiary institutions. She also served as journal reviewer for various journals and participated in International Conferences by serving as a Session Chair, Discussant and Presenter.

Dr Ranjeeni is a Hindu, comes from an agricultural background and academic family. Both her parents were reputed farmers and fostered higher education. Her father, Mr Prakash Chandra, was very intelligent and applied research in farming. He gained national recognition for his excellence in farming and was named “Beleman” in Fiji. Her mother has excellent entrepreneurial skills and successfully managed duck farming. After her father’s death, Dr Ranjeeni continues her family’s farming legacy and operates a farm in Fiji by the name “Kumari Ranjeeni’s Farm”. Dr Ranjeeni is the youngest in her family and the first female Doctorate holder. ​Dr Kumari Ranjeeni is married to Dr Dharmendra Naidu. Dr Naidu is a Lecturer at Monash University in Australia and also has a Doctorate Degree. Dr Ranjeeni and Dr Naidu are co-founders and directors of “AccountingLife Conversations”.
